Service Description

This unit is intended for people who need a knowledge of conflict management when dealing with conflict with customers, service users or the public. This Unit is the first Unit (Level 2) of the BTEC Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training which will give the learner a BTEC Level 2 Unit Notification Certificate in “Managing Conflict in the Workplace when Dealing with Customers, Service Users or the Public”.
