I have had the honour of working within, and alongside the social care sector for over thirty-five years. The majority of this time has been spent working as a qualified Registered Manager, working within and alongside local authorities and educational institutes with vulnerable young people and adults with complex needs.

 

I take pride in striving to constantly develop both myself and those who I work alongside to achieve the best possible outcomes. This passion is applied to both my professional and personal pursuits, having trained in martial arts for over forty five years in the United Kingdom and China.

Like many of us who work in the care sector, over the years I have worked in a number of settings which have presented many difficult and challenging situations.

 

Challenging work environments such as these make it imperative that the training offered is of the highest quality, so that employees are not left feeling ill-informed or unprepared.  

The training programmes I offer operate from the unique perspective of someone who has worked within the care sector for a number of years. E.T.S training covers techniques that have been adapted to work within realistic working environments, working with awareness and within current Law and Legislations.

We are a licenced centre with the national federation of personal safety.   All trainers have up to date qualifications and insurance.
